Om arrangementet
Yoga serves as a comprehensive tool for empowering women, and addressing their physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Empowered women play vital roles as leaders, educators, and advocates for change, fostering inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment throughout society.
Yoga has countless benefits for body, mind and soul. It promotes self-healing, enhances self-awareness, helps in attainment of equilibrium and harmony and much more. Yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system that reduces stress and tension in the physical body.
The theme for last year’s celebration was “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”, which means “Yoga for One Earth, One Family, One Future”. This theme emphasizes the importance of yoga for promoting global health and well-being, as well as for fostering a sense of unity and community.
