Welcome to Santosha!

Santosha is the second of the Niyamas in Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga - it roughly translates to contentment.
Santosha, or 'contentment', does not mean sitting passively and letting go of the need to do anything.


It simply means accepting and appreciating what we already have and are, and moving forward from there.
